How It Works
The Clip-Knix adaptive design opens at the front, reducing the need for excessive bending and stretching. It can be put on or removed while sitting, standing or lying down.
Built-in absorbent layers draw liquid away from the skin, retain moisture and work with a waterproof TPU barrier to help protect clothing.

For heavier bladder leakage and greater protection, including longer periods between changes where appropriate.

How It Works
Clip-Knix combines our adaptive front-fastening design with integrated menstrual protection.
The multi-layer gusset draws menstrual fluid away from the skin, absorbs and retains it within the core, while a waterproof TPU layer provides additional protection against leakage.
The front-opening design means the underwear can be put on and removed while sitting, standing or lying down.

HOW TO WEAR
Standard Period & Incontinence Underwear
Step into the underwear and pull it up in the same way as conventional underwear. Ensure the absorbent area sits comfortably and securely against the body.

Open the front fastenings and position the underwear around the body.
The adaptive design allows the underwear to be put on while sitting, standing or lying down, reducing the need for excessive bending and stretching.
Bring the front sections together and secure the fastenings. Adjust for a comfortable and secure fit.
Change into a fresh pair when the absorbent area begins to feel wet or when you know your normal protection period has been reached.
WASHING AND CARE
Before first use: Wash the underwear before wearing to prepare the absorbent layers for use.
After use: Rinse period or incontinence underwear in cold water where necessary until the water runs substantially clear.
Machine wash: Wash according to the temperature stated on the final garment care label.
Avoid fabric softener: Fabric softener can coat absorbent fibres and reduce their ability to absorb liquid.
Avoid bleach: Do not bleach unless specifically permitted on the product care label.
Dry naturally: Air drying is recommended to help protect the absorbent and waterproof layers.
Do not iron the absorbent area: Excessive heat can damage specialist absorbent and waterproof materials.
Always allow the underwear to dry completely before wearing or storing.
CHOOSING YOUR ABSORBENCY
Everyone’s flow and bladder-leakage pattern is different.
Choose an absorbency according to your normal level of protection required. When using Clip-Knix for the first time, we recommend trying the underwear at home so you can understand how long your chosen absorbency works for you.
If the inner surface begins to feel wet, change into a fresh pair.
Period and urinary absorbency should not be directly compared: menstrual flow and urine behave differently, and the products are designed and tested for their intended use.
GETTING THE RIGHT FIT
Correct fit is important for both comfort and leak protection.
The underwear should sit comfortably against the body without being excessively tight. The absorbent gusset should remain correctly positioned and the leg openings should fit securely without digging into the skin.
